One thing I will always value above all else when it comes to couples are when they are invested into understanding what they wedding is about. Sure, every couple wants to have a beautiful wedding, full of personal details and be surrounded by friends and a party. At the end of the day, when the beer is gone and the DJ has stop playing, you are left with the only reason you should have a wedding.
Your Husband. Your Wife.
This is what I enjoyed the most about Lauren and Mike’s wedding. I really liked Lauren’s dress (it converted into spaghetti strap dress), Mike shoes were authentic formal style Tom’s and I loved all their friends. Most of all though, when it came time for Lauren and Mike to really just be in the moment together, you could tell that everything else just seemed to disappear around them. They would just lost in each other whenever they would have a quiet moment too themselves. For a photographer that focuses on capturing moments more then anything else, I was simply over joyed.
To you Lauren and Mike, enjoy your time away from the all mundane boring things in life for a few days and please, just like you did on your wedding day, get lost in each other.
