Katie and Kevin were one of the very first couples that I had in my studio last summer. In fact we had their first meeting there before I even announced it to the world. In the middle of dust and paint, they sat on the couch across and we just talked. I remember that conversation just wandering, it really seemed to bounce from one thing to another without any real goal. That is when I knew I wanted to be a part of Katie and Kevin’s wedding. Sure Katie and Kevin wanted to have a beautiful wedding, they wanted it to be perfect and spend a lot of time going over the details and planning with Taneel at Favor* but at the end of the day, they were ready to just be married. That came out so much during their meeting with me. With all the hustle and bustle of a wedding, sometimes couple can lose sight of why they are having a wedding. Not these two.
Katie and Kevin, thank you for choosing me to be photographer and looking past the almost complete studio! You two are both amazing and I hope these photos are a little reminder of just how special your wedding was!
