So where or where do I begin with Emma and Tyler? I am at my keyboard just kind of chuckling to myself. Not out of spite or making fun of Emma and Tyler in one bit but more of just who to put words on this blog that would really explain what I experienced photographing this great couple. I remember when Emma a nd Tyler were sitting on my couch at the studio and while we wandered through so many topics of conversation, they made it a point to talk about what they wanted and did not want in photography. It was a great conversation that we all found hilarious but I also found it so refreshing. Emma and Tyler were so open to telling me what THEY wanted they photography to be, not what some magazine or pinterest board says it SHOULD be.
After spending the day with them on their wedding, I found out just how much those beliefs shape their everyday life. They are not going to be or do something just for the sake of it. They are so content with who they are, that sometimes people may even view them as being closed off. I found a couple that could not be anything further than that. They trusted me to run with so many things on their wedding day and by the end of night I feel I made two friends that I wished lived closer to me.
Emma and Tyler, thank for trusting me and choosing me to photograph the moments of your wedding day!
