Soooooooo this was my 2nd wedding with the Luckey family. I got to meet Kayla a few years ago at her cousin’s wedding. To be fair, I do not remember too much of our time together that day because Kayla’s cousin, Holly, decided to give me my most stressful experience I have ever had shooting a wedding that day. Thanks Holly.

I digress.

This wedding really kicked off my wedding season in earnest and it could not have been a better way to get things rolling along this year. A new unique venue, a great caterer, perfect details …. all of that made things easy on me but more importantly I had a couple that just really was excited to finally be married. I remember talking with Kayla and Adam at the engagement session and the stresses of planning a wedding and getting to their actual day. Sometimes it is tough to pull everything together and it is easy to get lost and bogged down. I was able to get a few minutes where it was just Kayla, Adam and I after the ceremony and it was so rewarding to her them say they are so happy they pulled everything together and were truly just enjoying their day. Kayla did say that she was trying to laugh a little less though… but I digress.

Kayla and Adam, thank you for tracking me down after all these years and giving me the chance to capture the moments of your day!
